What Is AB Testing?
AB testing for Lazada and Shopee pertains to creating two versions of a product listing: A and B. And then what you do is designate a run period for the AB test. For instance, an AB test for which you will record the results from October 15, 2020, to November 15, 2020. By the end of the test, you will know which version of the product listing performs better in terms of accumulating sales.

AB Testing Price To Increase Profits
If you want to conduct an AB test regarding your pricing, simply login to your Split Dragon account and go-to products. You can then choose to move towards your Shopee products or Lazada products.
There is also a shortcut for this at the top of the screen. All you have to do is click on the label that says Lazada or Shopee and then you can see your Lazada/Shopee products back and forth.
Now, select a product that you want to set up the AB test for and then click on the three dots on the other end of that product. Click Add New A/B Test.
When you do, you will be asked to select one attribute that you want the AB test to be focused on. Of course, for this example, we will be selecting Pricing as our attribute.
To start running your AB test, you need to provide the following information:
- When you want the test to start
- How many days you want the test to run
- Your retail price for variant A which is your current product price
- Your retail price for variant B which is the variable product
- The sales price for variant A
- The sales price for variant B
To have an AB test, you are only required to have variants A and B but you have the option to add more variants as you please.
Click Submit A/B Test when you’re done.
AB Testing Product Title To Improve Search Rank
For this example, we will be conducting an AB test with the goal of crafting a better product title to improve search rank.
In that case, we just repeat the procedures that we recently just walked you through and then choose the Title attribute.
Again, you have to set the date when you want the test to start as well as the number of days you want the test to run.
There will be a variant A which will represent the current product title of your listing. On the New Variant text box is where you will craft a new and improved product title that you will be testing against your current title.
When finished, you can submit your A/B test.
AB Testing Product Description To Improve Conversion Rate
To test two variations of a product description, click Description Test.
Your variant A will be your current product description and on Variant B, you can create a new description that you want to test the current one with. You can create as many variants as you want by clicking New Variant.
When done, click Submit AB Test. And then click Confirm & Schedule AB Test. When you get the results of the test, you will be able to assess which one is the best based on how many units each product description variants were sold.
